Requests for Donations
To request a donation from the Gull Lake Area Community Volunteers, please download the Donation Request Form. The form is in Acrobat PDF format and will require Acrobat Reader to view. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded for free here.
Funds received from the Gull Lake Area Community Volunteers are to be used ONLY for the item(s) described on the Donation Request Form. In addition, if all funds cannot be utilized as intended (i.e. if full funding is not received and the project, camp, etc. does not take place), that those funds be RETURNED to the Gull Lake Area Community Volunteers, to better serve the entire Gull Lake Community.
